The first step to get peace is getting rid of the thousands and thousands of thoughts that we think in a single day. An average person thinks about 60000 thoughts in a day and majority of the thoughts are related to worry, anger , judgement, jealousy…..………  so on. As a result one lacks the vital energy to live life, one becomes dull, negative, complaining ……..
